As a team, we are constantly working to ensure your emails are answered and orders are shipped within reasonable times. We strive to give you the best service within the means of our business and please note that all decisions are a result of a consultation with the whole team.

Q: Am I able to get a refund?
A: All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds for any items.
Refunds are ONLY processed on orders if there is an issue with your order.
Please contact us to start this process. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on orders where customers have simply changed their minds.
The customer assumes the risk of package not reaching them if it is shipped to a place of business, hospital, hotel, or other area that is not a private residence. It is the customers responsibility to check with the place they would like the package shipped before ordering. These packages will not be replaced or refunded by the company.
Q: How long will it take me to receive my order?
A: Shipping time ranges from 1-15 days after the date your order is submitted (not including Saturdays). This is stock depending. Processing time does not include time associated with the shipping method that you chose.
Once your order leaves us, the time to reach you will depend on the shipment process with USPS and unfortunately we can’t advise on how fast or slow this will be. Please also take into consideration that when your order leaves us, USPS is responsible for the package. We cannot control if your order gets held up or if it takes longer than the USPS stated time. We do not control shipping, nor are the times stated.
Please note, due to our processing times, it is normal to not hear anything from us while we work through orders.
Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
Q: Am I able to return my item(s) or get a replacement for damaged items?
A: We don’t allow returns on any items except clothing. While we understand damages can happen during shipping, please not that we are not responsible for small damages that can happen during the shipping process.
We will do our best to ensure your items leave us wrapped well for its journey from us to you. However, should a small damage occur during the shipping process, replacements will not be sent for those. If your items arrive with significantly bad damage, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order so we can try and sort out a solution for you.
Please note, you will be asked to return your damaged product in order to receive a replacement. Please understand that in doing this, there is no guarantee that the replacement, if available, will arrive undamaged. Only one replacement is allowed per order.
We do not offer replacements for general wear and tear on books.
We also do not offer replacements on merch items that have been used in ANY capacity after receipt of the order.
We also do not offer shipping labels for items being returned for replacements. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of returning items.
